The name of the organization shall be the International Council for Technology Education (ICTE).
The purpose of ICTE is to promote technology education internationally, facilitate collaboration among national and regional technology education associations, and support research and development in technology education.
Membership is open to national and regional organizations devoted to technology education. Each member organization shall designate one representative to the Council.
The officers of ICTE shall consist of a Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer, elected by a majority vote of member representatives for a term of two years.
ICTE shall hold regular monthly meetings and an annual general meeting. Board meetings may be conducted virtually.
